Abstract:
400 MN aviation die forging hydraulic press has a complex structure,very large working load and pre-stress,so mechanics analysis of the whole forging press is important by finite element method in the course of design.The stress and displacement of frame were analyzed in pre-stressed,center and off-center loading state using business software Abaqus.Result shows that the frame is safe;average compression stress of ridge-join interface is bigger than 50 MPa;the displacement,distortion,flexing and stress is within the design allowance range for three types of operating conditions.
