Abstract:
125 MN extruder's extrusion center is measured and calculated by hand at present.It is a big job and the precision is low.The ordinary position detection methods were analyzed by photoelectricity technology,and a new extrusion center on-line monitoring system was designed based on laser and image processing technique.The principle and executive plan of the system were clarified,the geometry model for calculating the offset and rotated angle was established,and the computational formulas were deduced.Simulation tests were carried out and the errors were analyzed.Perforation beam,movable perforation beam,fixed beam,moveable beam and extrusion room could be monitored on-line at the same time by the system.The measurement distance reached to 35 m.
