Abstract:
3D solid model of a 5000kN press frame was established using SolidWorks.The structure analysis and modal analysis of the model were made using ANSYS.Natural frequency was obtained by modal analysis.Distribution of stress and displacement were obtained by structural analysis.The reasonable design of press frame was checked by the analysis.Two approaches,direct load and thermal-structural coupling preload,were adopted according to the issue of preloading for combination frame press.The result comparison of the two approaches was made.
