Abstract:
Approach for increasing precision of numerical simulation of plastic forming was discussed.The nonlinear of material,inter-object of part and dynamic contact were introduced.General material model was presented.The different deformation and temperature result was displayed with faulty and mesh.The deformation was illustrated with different inter-object conditions.The loss of volume because of remeshing was discussed.And the successful application of simulation technology in plastic forming industry was illustrated.
