Abstract:
The magnesium alloy AZ31B was explored in the tensile experiment using the WQ4100.Through the experiment,the relation formula of real stress,real strain and the curves of stress and strain were achieved.Based on this,using DYNAFORM software,the simulation of tube thickness of different relationships of internal pressure and axial feed was carried out.It was found that the optimum path was 15 mm axial feed and 5 MPa internal pressure.The correctness of simulation analysis was verified by analyzing the reason and through the process experiment.
