Abstract:
Based on the theory of plasticity,the internal pressure,axial force and balance force of bulging in the copper tri-branch tube forming process were studied.The influence of balance force in branch tube was analyzed and the axial feed was obtained.The finite element model of axial force and bulging process for copper tri-branch tube was set up.Through the simulation the reasonable parameters and die structure were found.According to the reasonable parameters experiment was done in the independently-established 30 ton test machine.The result shows that experiment consistent with theory analysis and numerical simulation.
