Abstract:
Friction has a great influence on the material plastic forming.The stress-strain condition was analyzed by the cylindrical coordinate during expanding.The stress-strain mathematical expression about friction coefficient was obtained,the effect of friction on the neutral layer was analyzed,and the expressions between relative radius and friction coefficient were gained.The influences of friction on wall thickness uniformity was analyzed and the rips at the end were educed.The different relative radius can be achieved through the friction coefficient control using different lubricants.Optimum friction value of 0.15~0.3 was finally set up.
