Abstract:
Based on the multi-parameters sensitivity analysis method,the sensitivity of controllable simulation parameters of metal sheet L-Bending was analyzed.The results show that punch virtual loading velocity Vp is the most sensitive parameter of metal sheet L-Bending in numerical simulation.Based on parameters sensitivity analysis,the non-sensitivity parameters were eliminated,and a mass of calculation works were cut down during subsequently parameters optimization of metal sheet L-Bending based on numerical simulation.At the same time,the plans of practice forming test were optimized.
