Abstract:

The true flow stress-true strain curves of AZ31 magnesium alloy are achieved by using Gleeble3000 thermo-simulator under various temperatures and strain rates.Then the true flow stress-strain curves are introduced into numerical simulation software.The extrusion processing of the Φ40mm×4mm AZ31B seamless tubes is simulated,based on which the extrusion limit diagram is made.The extrusion tests are performed in order to confirm the extrusion limit diagram,which proves the correctness of the extrusion limit diagram.
