Abstract:
In this paper,32 groups of simulating experiments were carried out for U-bending parts according to selected orthogonal experiment table,using the special FEM(finite element method) software Dynaform.There were 9 variables in these experiments,including sheet metal thickness t,die clearance z,binder force F,radius of lower die R_d,radius of upper die r_p and material parameters K,n,r,which mainly affect the material properties.Finally,the 9 parameters were ordered according to their contribution to the springback, so that more effective measures can be taken out to control the springback of U-bending hot-rolled metal sheet parts.
