Abstract:
The deforming force of cone-die direct extrusion is solved by a mathematic method based on the simplified flow model of slip line field.The optimum upper bound solution is also represented in analytic mode.According to the unanimity rule between the optimum upper bound solution and the slip line field solution,the analytic solution can be used as a general formula for solving the deforming force of cone-die direct extrusion.At last,the analytic solution is certificated by the arithmetic solution of graphing method.
