Abstract：

The structure features and the design methods of hydraulic press beams are studied in this paper The structural design of the beam with structural optimization design is put forward Some essential theories and techniques are discussed, including the FE analysis of the beams, the choice of the optimal methods, the sensitivity analysis and the re-analysis This method is applied in the structure design of Y32-500B four-column hydraulic press and obtains the satisfied results
