Abstract:

Due to the requirement of flexibility and controllability of servo press, a hybrid closed-loop control system of servo press directly driven by SRM was proposed, a mechatronics mathematic model of servo press and flexible control model of SRM were established, and then a Simulink-based model of SRM-drive servo press was made. Finally, a deep drawing example was given for further analyzing dynamic response characteristic of this control system. The simulation results verify that the design of this servo control system is proper, and provide a theoretic support for an actual design and adjustment of servo press.
