Abstract:

In consideration of the fuzzy factors in reliability allocation of high-speed punch, a fuzzy reliability allocation method for high-speed punch was proposed based on expert's knowledge. Triangular fuzzy number was used to quantize fuzzy information, and multi-stage fuzzy comprehensive assessment method with analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the relative reliability level of each subsystem to be allocated. According to this, the reliability index of high-speed punch was linearly allocated. The method can take into account various kinds factors affecting reliability as well as the fuzziness synthetically, it is especially applied to the reliability allocation at the initial design stage of the complex product ,such as high-speed punch.
