Abstract:
DP600 high-strength steel sheet is an extensively used material in the automotive lightweight process. Its mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation rate were obtained by LCJ-150 electronic tension torsion test machine. The V-type bending tests of 90° and 120° for DP600 high-strength steel sheets under the conditions of free bending and correction bending were done, and the influence of relative bending radius r/t on the springback angle Δα  was analyzed. The relationship of bending angle and relative bending radius was linearly fit by the least-squares method, and the formulas of springback angle at 90° and 120° bending for DP600 high strength steel sheet were obtained by substituting the elastic modulus and yield strength into the fitting formula, and it can be used for stamping die design of high strength steel sheet.
