Abstract:

In order to ensure the high quality of sheets, various interference signals influencing the rolling effect in rolling process were analyzed, and the compensation method was adopted. Then, the roll eccentricity disturbance was compensated in the process of rolling, and the repetitive controller was introduced according to the automatic control in PID thickness. At the same time, the rolling pressure was measured by pressure sensor, and roll eccentricity signal information was extracted according to the pressure change. Furthermore, the cycle information of eccentricity signal was calculated based on the gathered information, and the interference signal was tracked and suppressed by repetitive controller. Finally, the lag problem of repetitive controller was solved by introducing the forward channel,and in order to eliminate the influence of controller on the system stability, a low-pass filter was added into the controller. Thus, the PID controller of the system regarded as a part of the system compensator was also improved, and a large margin of stability in the system was ensured.
