Abstract:
The rolling disturbance data was measured by the sensor, and the mathematical model of the dynamic setting of AGC was obtained by recursive method. Then, related control theories of variable stiffness and thickness and mathematics models of the dynamic setting of AGC were studied deeply, and the influences of different variable stiffness coefficients on eliminating entrance thickness deviation were researched by necessary simulation method. Furthermore, the convergence and steady-state error of each algorithm system under the condition of ideal model parameters were analyzed, and the influence of value range of the model parameters of pressure AGC algorithm convergence and its value on its convergence rate and steady-state error were deduced. When the system was stable, the influences of model parameters and control system parameters on steel strap thickness deviation were obtained. When the variable stiffness coefficient is stable at 1.5, the influence of control system on the thickness deviation of steel sheet is small. Thus, the thickness deviation of steel sheet after rolling is within controllable range.
