Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of forming process for the large precision die forgings, it is necessary to equip the correction device or the leveling system in the large die forging hydraulic press, so that the movable beam can achieve a certain level accuracy under the eccentric load. Combined with a 350 MN multi-directional double-action extrusion hydraulic press with die forging function, the hydraulic press structure and the control system design were studied and innovated, and the correction and leveling strategy of movable beam based on the response to eccentric load was discussed by the perspective of reliability, simplicity, applicability and low cost, Furthermore, the return cylinders and the main cylinders together constituted a corrective force self-adaption leveling system. According to the position generated by the eccentric moment, the closed-loop adjustment loop was formed by boosting one or two of return cylinder and depressurizing the corresponding main cylinder bypass, and the dynamic levelness of movable beam was controlled within the allowable range. Thus, the system is simple and reliable with low installed power and high operating efficiency.
