Abstract:

The hydrogen permeation treatment of TA15 titanium alloy in vacuum tube furnace was performed, and the hydrogen content was obtained by weighing. Then, the microstructure was observed by the scanning electron microscope, and the influence laws of hydrogen permeation temperature and hydrogen permeation pressure on the hydrogen content and microstructure were studied. The results show that the hydrogen content of TA15 titanium alloy increases with the increasing of hydrogen permeation temperature and hydrogen permeation pressure. When the hydrogen permeation temperature is 800 ℃ and the hydrogen permeation pressure is 0.3-0.4 MPa, the hydrogen content is 0.28% which is relatively stable. However, the hydrogen permeation temperature and hydrogen permeation pressure affect the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy, the lamellar spacing of (α+β) phase increases with the increasing of hydrogen permeation temperature and hydrogen permeation pressure, the amount of β phase after hydrogen permeation increases with the increasing of hydrogen content, and during the furnace cooling, the β phase precipitates α phase and hydride.
