Abstract:

 For the production demand of automatic riveting shaft in the positioning plate of circuit breaker protector, an automatic feeding mechanism of pin assembled in the progressive die was designed. Then, through the analysis of processing procedure for positioning  plate of circuit breaker protector, the relevant parameters and technical requirements for the design of automatic feeding mechanism were obtained, and the design idea and scheme were proposed. Furthermore, the design of automatic feeding mechanism was mainly divided into the designs of blanking and translation feeding mechanisms, and the structure designs of two parts and their working principles were described in detail. Finally, the automatic 

 feeding mechanism of pin for circuit breaker protector was assembled in the punching and riveting progressive die. The actual production shows that the design of the automatic feeding mechanism is reasonable, the process of manual pin feeding is omitted, the defective products caused by manual mistake are avoided, and the qualification rate of product is increased by nearly 12%.
