Abstract:

 In order to obtain a more accurate rolling force, the parameters of rolling schedule and hole shape of the existing 900 mm×300 mm,700 mm×300 mm,500 mm×300 mm,600 mm×200 mm,500 mm×200 mm domestic large-size H-beam steel production line were extracted, and the rolling process in the two-roller groove rolling process was simulated by finite element analysis software Deform to obtain the finite element simulation results of rolling force. Then, the actual rolling forces of the five specifications of H-beam steel were measured by the special electric testing instrument, the simulation results were compared with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the model. Furthermore, a three-dimensional elastoplastic thermodynamic coupling finite element model of H-beam steel was established, and the deformation and stress distribution of H-beam steel in the stable rolling stage were analyzed. Based on S.Ekelond method, the average reduction was used instead of the web reduction to modify the rolling force model of the two-roller groove rolling stage of large-size H-beam steel, and the modified rolling force model was used to calculate the rolling force of several typical passes. Compared with the model before the correction, the rolling force error was reduced from 40% to less than 17%.
