Title:Design on punching and blanking progressive die for bracket parts

Abstract:

 For the punching and blanking progressive die for bracket parts,the die design method was optimizd. The reasonable design scheme was determined through process analysis,and the design on the main parts of die was completed based on the process calculation.Finally, a integrated punching-blanking-bending progressive die was designed to process small bracket parts, and the part drawing and assembly drawing of the die were drawn by drawing software AutoCAD. The design results indicate that the die adopts the guide plate, guide pin and stop pin for positioning, and the bending step is placed before the blanking step. After the bending step is completed, the shape of workpiece just makes the workpiece move along the bending punch, realizing more accurate guidance without the need for top part device, which reduces the difficulty of die manufacturing. In addition, the finite element analysis of the designed die parts is conducted by software ANSYS, and the results show that the shape variable of the middle convex part in the part is large during bending. Thus, after the U-shaped sleeve produced by YG15 die steel is covered and fixed with screws, the middle convex part is almost without dents.
