本文从生产实际的需要出发 ,提出了组合式楔横轧模具的设计思路 ,以拖拉机调节螺管和汽油机曲柄为例 ,说明了组合式楔横轧模具在轧制阶梯轴类件和为模锻制坯时的应用 ,探讨了在楔横轧技术中一模多用的新方法

This paper advances a designing idea for combined wedge\|rolling tool proceed from the productive requirements. This paper takes the adjusting thread pipe of tractor and the crank of gasoline engine as examples, and illustrates the application of combined wedge\|rolling tool in respect of rolling step shaft and preforming for die forging. An approach to an innovative method of multi\|purpose wedge rolling tool is founded.
