采用上限元法 ,在分析金属流动规律的基础上 ,将齿轮正挤压时变形区划分为 9个区域 ,并根据各区域的金属流动特点给出了金属流动规律的表达式 ,并通过试验进行了验证

The UBET is used in this paper to calculate the force of forward extruding gear. On the base of studying the metal's plastic flow, the deformation region is plotted into 9 portions and the formulas of each portion are provided according to the character of its metal flow, and validated by experiment.
