双击式直接电动螺旋压力机是用于颗粒材料及离散材料成形的新型机器。其主要特点是在一次行程中可实现先轻后重两次打击。轻击便于排除颗粒间的气体 ,重击可提高制品的密实度。本文分析了该压力机的打击特性、能量特性及模态特性并提供了 160 0kN样机的部分测试结果

A double-strike direct electric drive screw press is a new machine used in particle and dispersed material forming. It can realize two strikes in one stroke with the first being light and the second heavy. In the light strike, the air among particles thrusts out easily. In the heavy strike, the product will have good compactness. In this paper, the strike, energy and modal characteristics of this machines are studied and a part of the experiment results from a 1600kN double|strike direct electric drive screw press is introduced.
