碳纤维增强铝基复合材料管具有高比强度、高比刚度、低膨胀率等优点 ,尺寸稳定性好 ,非常适合作为空间材料使用。采用M4 0短纤维和LY12铝合金 ,用挤压浸渗法制备了短碳纤维增强的铝基复合材料 ,并挤压成具有较高力学性能的复合材料管 ,讨论了挤压工艺对管材性能的影响

Tube made of carbon fiber reinforced Al matrix composite is of the character of high specific strength, high specific rigidity, low dilatability and so on Furthermore, the dimentional stability is so good to be used as space material In this paper, with M40 chopped fiber and LY12, the composite is prepared by extrusion infiltration Thereout the composite tube of high mechanic performance is produced by extrusion, and finally we study the influence of extrusion parameter on the tube performance
