摘要：

通过对一种精冲零件精冲加工时的定位问题的研究、实验及生产 ,讨论了该零件可能的定位方法 ,分析了其特点 ,提出了应用半冲孔进行多工步精冲精确定位的方法 ,并且该方法在实验中证明是行之有效的

In this paper, several position methods of the fine\|blanking process plan of a part were discussed, based on all these discussions, the position method with semi\|piercing technology was brought up. The new position method is proved an effective position method.
