汽车覆盖件的拉深毛坯 ,传统的做法是拉深前先落料 ,而IVECO (依维柯 )车身覆盖件大多采用方块坯料直接拉深。这对缩短模具制造周期 ,节约生产成本 ,具有实际意义。本文介绍了IVECO车身覆盖件坯料设计的几种方法

Drawing blank for automobile body covering parts, the traditional method is blanking before drawing, but most IVECO body covering parts are directly drawn by using rectangle blank. It has practical meaning in shortening the period of die manufacture and reducing the production costs. This paper introduces several methods to design the blank for the IVECO body covering parts.
