弹壳类零件具有壁薄、底厚的结构特点 ,为了提高其组织致密度和机械性能 ,宜采用冷挤压工艺生产该类零件。本文分析比较了这类零件成形的几种工艺方案 ,指出复合冷挤压工艺具有工序少、制件尺寸精度高、壁厚均匀、模具结构简单、造价低的优点 ,是弹壳类零件较好的一种成形方法。采用 2D体积成形分析软件MAFAP模拟了其复合冷挤压过程 ,通过批量试生产及金相分析 ,制件未产生缺陷 ,表明弹壳类零件的复合冷挤压工艺是合理可靠的。

Cartridge case is a kind of part with thin wall and thick bottom.It's a preferred forming process as cold extrusion in order to improve both compactness in structure and mechanical property for this kind of part.Several forming processes were analyzed for cartridge case in this paper.As a conclusion,the combined cold extrusion which has the properties of less steps,precise part's dimension,uniform wall thickness,simple die structure and lower cost is a good forming process for parts similar to cartridge case.The process of combined cold extrusion was simulated by means of 2D bulk forming modeling software MAFAP.No defects were found in the part by means of metallography analysis for bath production.This indicate that combined process of cold extrusion is reliable for cartridge case.
