首先分析了冲模CAD体系结构的要求 ,并简要介绍了组件技术的特点。在对冲模设计任务分析及其层次化分解的基础上 ,论述了基于组件技术的冲裁模CAD系统设计方法 ,并给出了相应的实例。采用组件技术进行CAD系统开发 ,不但降低了应用开发的难度 ,也提高了系统的运行效率 ,使其具有复用性高、易于扩展、结构更加开放的特点

In this paper, the requirement of stamping die CAD system is discussed firstly, and the characteristics of software component technology are introduced in brief. On the basis of the analysis of the design processes of stamping die and its hierarchical decompounds, a design method is proposed for stamping die CAD system based on software component technology, and an example is presented accordingly. By using this method, the difficulty of application development can be reduced, and the CAD system is highly reused, easy to extend and has better opening architecture.
