利用ls-dyna3d软件分析了IF钢在CA4 88发动机油底壳的一次拉延成形过程中出现的主要问题、材料性能的影响和解决的具体措施。模拟IF钢这种材料调整方案的一次拉延成形 ,得出了采用IF钢板料冲压时的毛坯的形状尺寸。

Is dyna3d software was used to analyse the main problem,as well as effect of material performance and methods of solving these problems,during a drawing process of IF steel CA488 engine oil bottom shell.The adjusted scheme of a drawing process of this material was simulated.Shape and size of blank of IF steel was drawn.
