摘要：

采用Dynaform软件对抛物面车灯反光罩的成形工艺进行了数值模拟 ,研究了各种工艺参数对成形的影响。

The numerical simulation of parabolic shaped collector is carried out in this paper, various FEM models with different process parameters are studied.The wrinkles and rupture of the draw piece can be predicted.Several methods preventing wrinkles are put forward.
