以最终锻件的形状为目标 ,采用塑性有限元、灵敏度分析和工程优化算法相结合的方法 ,对预锻模具形状进行优化设计。针对下模速度为零时 ,下模形状不能优化的情况 ,提出了一种处理速度灵敏度边界条件的方法 ,该方法可同时对上下模具形状进行优化。针对程序耗时较长的问题 ,提出了贮存灵敏度刚度矩阵 ,减少优化设计变量的方法 ,大大提高了程序的运行速度。最后 ,给出了优化设计实例 ,验证了该方法的可靠性

This paper focuses on the optimization of the preform die shapes through controlling forging geometry by using rigid plastic finite element method,sensitivity analysis and engineering optimization algorithm When lower die velocity equals to zero, the sensitivity boundary conditions also equal to zero and preform die shape keeps constantly in optimization iteration In order to overcome the above limitation,a method dealing with sensitivity boundary conditions is put forward For the problem that the program running takes much longer time,the paper presents a method of storing sensitivity stiff matrices and reducing optimization design variables The program running time is greatly decreased using the method Finally, the reliability of the methods is demonstrated by one optimization design example
