提出了在 CATV同轴电缆连续挤压包覆生产线中采用“芯线保护套”和“喷水冷却装置”使芯线免于灼伤方法 ,并给出了芯线防凸模灼伤的芯线保护套和防铝管灼伤的喷水冷却装置的设计计算方法。

Based on the CATV coaxial cable practice in continuous extrusion cladding and analyses in its reasons for burning,this paper presents the method in protecting the cable core from being burnt by means of using “the sheath of the cable core” and “the device of cooling heat by spraying water”.Here we also present the calculating methods of designing the sheath of the core to protect the core from being burnt by convex die and the device of cooling heat by spraying water to protect the core from being burnt by aluminum tube.
