在分析应力应变引起破裂、起皱的基础上 ,介绍了应力应变分析在机油盘、前地板 2个覆盖件成形工艺设计中的实际应用 ,由此采取相应措施解决了冲压过程中的成形问题 ,然后总结出了若干覆盖件成形工艺设计过程中常用到的一些经验 ,并简述了覆盖件成形工艺设计的发展趋势

Based on the analysis of fracture and wrinkles caused by stress and strain,the authors introduce the practical application of stress and strain analysis in the forming process design for the oil tank and front floor and how to take according measures to solve the forming problems Then some experiences usually used are summed up Finally the authors describe simply the development tendency of forming process design for automobile panels
