应用声发射技术检测了A3钢、 2 0钢、 4 5钢、 4 0 6钢板材液压胀形全过程 ,所得数据表明液压胀形全过程存在两个屈服阶段 ,两次变形转移。第一阶段的屈服是凹模入口以内圆形区域金属的屈服 ,第二阶段的屈服是凹模入口以外筋板以内环形区域金属板的屈服 ,说明凹模以外金属开始被拖动。第一次转移是由凹模内向凹模外的环形区转移 ,第二次转移是环形区向中心区转移。胀形深度—声发射计数率曲线有两个峰值区 ,两个平静区 ,第二个峰值的出现 ,表明凹模入口以外的金属进入凹模内流动 ,第二个平静区预示着材料的破坏。

The whole process of hydraulic bulging of A3,20,45 and 406 steel is studied by means of acoustic emission technique.The data obtained show that there exist two yielding stages and two deformation shifts during the whole process of hydraulic bulging.The first yielidng occurs in the central zone within the die entrance,the second yielding occurs in the ring zone without the die entrance.The first shift takes place from the central zone within die entrance to the ring zone without conczave die entrance,the second shift takes place from the ring zone to the central zone.The bulging depth—acoustic emission count rate curve has two peak zones and two calm zones.The second calm zone foretells the damage of materials.
