摘要：

利用上限元法对变薄拉深过程进行了数值模拟。在考虑加工硬化的基础上分析了凹模、芯轴与制件之间的摩擦因子以及变形比对变薄拉深工艺过程的影响。

This paper simulates the deformation process of ironing deep drawing by means of the upper bound element method.The work hardening models are built.The effect of the coefficient of friction and the deforming ratio on the process of ironing is analyzed.
