分析了模具行业存在的问题和现实性要求, 提出了一种虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM 系统思想——VC3, 创造性地构造了其系统框架结构,并对其环境技术进行了详细地研究,给出了虚拟公司数据仓库的数据层次关系图。虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM 系统的思想是敏捷制造技术、并行工程、专家系统、网络技术及先进的管理技术的综合体现。该系统的核心在于集成,实现方式采用虚拟手段,具体体现为生产系统的控制与技术管理、生产经营一体化、管理工程设计、决策支撑管理和数据通讯等技术的虚拟集成。该虚拟技术的实现, 有助于整个模具制造业找到一个新的应用发展突破点, 真正体现高速、高效、高质的优势。

A kind of new thought,Virtual Die&Mould CAD/CAE/CAM System(called VC3),based on advanced manufacturing technology and concorrent engineering and knowlegde engineering and net technology,has been put forward in the paper.The system frame structure was creatively built up and a kind of lays relationship figure of data warehouse in the virtual company was gived.The system's feasibility,organization and structural specification,key\|technologies reqirement and future development were attemptedly and exploratorily studied.The integration is the core,the virtual is method.This will help Die&Mould manufacturing industry find out a new breakout point to really realize the advantages of high speed and efficiency and good quality.
