摘要：

分析了环件轧制中轧辊变形及其对环件精度的影响规律，提出了补偿轧辊变形改善环件精度的两种方法，并用于汽车齿轮锻件轧制生产。

The roller deformation and its effect on the ring precision are analysed.The two compensation methods of ring precision for roller deformation are provided,and it was applied to ring rolling production of automobile gear blank.
