流水线上的产品总装具有高容量、大装配、大规模混合的特点，这就要求有更完备的产品信息及相关的处理对策，本文介绍了产品总装工艺设计系统中ＰＩＭ（ＰｒｏｄｕｃｔＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＭａｎａｇｅ－ｍｅｎｔ）的应用及实施方法，着重阐述了面向总装工艺规划的产品结构数据及产品配置管理的处理技术。

Final assemble process of product line has characteristic of high capacity,great assemble and large size.This require that system must possess complete product information and management method correlated.This paper presented application of PIM in the final assemble process planning system,discuss the technique of product structure data and product configure management based on the final assemble process planning.
