摘要：

对铁路用上心盘热模压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析，得到了上心盘成形过程的应力场、应变场。对在实验中工艺参数选择及模具修正起到了重要指导作用

The numerical simulation of hot die forming process for upper core plate stock in railway was done.The stress and strain fields during the die forming process for upper core plate was acquired,it is of great role for determining the technical parameters and modifying die dimension in the test.
