扼要地介绍双螺杆式气门校正机的机械结构,分析气门受力和校直原理,讨论三个校正工艺参数,即气门中心降低量Δ,两螺杆最近工作距离Δ1和液压滑台工作压力P对校正质量和效率的影响,探讨螺杆锥度结构的作用,最后用批量生产试验说明机器校正相对人工校直的优缺点

The article introduces mainly about the mechanical structure of twin\|screw\|stem valve leveler,analyzes stress of the valve and the alignment principle,and discusses about effect of three alignment technical parameter(lowering amount of the valve center,closest distance for two opposed stems,operating pressure of the hydraulic sliding table) on alignment quality and efficiency.And also discusses effect of taper structure of the stem.Finally,explains the difference between mechanical alignment and artificial alignment by pilot production in volume.
