摘要：

采用ＦＥＭ 方法对平面分流模的挤压变形过程进行了二维模拟， 给出了挤压过程中铝合金的应力、应变、温度以及流动速度等的分布和变化， 对实际模具的设计将起着重要的参考作用。

Two dimensional simulation of hollow die extrusion with FEM is successfully done.The effective stress,strain and temperature are given during the extrusion processing.This results have very important reference value to the die design.
