摘要:

对大型锻件的热塑性加工过程进行科学控制, 消除锻件中的缺陷, 保证良好的组织和性能, 获得优质产品是控制锻造的目标。本文在综合研究了大型锻件变形规律、材料内部缺陷行为和材料高温力学性能等特性的基础上, 系统分析了影响产品质量的工艺要素, 提出了实施锻件质量控制应满足的工艺条件。

It is the objective of control forging that the inner faults in the material were eliminated,metal properties were improved and quality products were obtained in plastic deformation processes.In this paper,some conditions were put forward for meeting the control forging,on the basis of studying the deformation principles,behaviors of inner faults and the mechanical property at high temperature,and analyzing the main factors related to product quality.
