锤锻模具材料优化专家系统试图对用户提出的要求, 遵从 “满足使用要求, 发挥材料潜力, 经济技术合理”的原则, 就模具材料的选择进行优化推理而提出尽量合理的选材建议并给出被选材料的技术资料以作采购、加工和应用参考。系统包括用户信息输入、材料优化推理、系统知识库管理、用户技术文件管理和系统管理5 大模块。采用基于规则或基于实例方法进行推理。系统由VisualFoxpro3.0 语言在中文Window s95 环境下开发, 具有友好透明的用户界面, 运行快捷, 使用维护方便。

The hammer forging die materials optimization expert system complies with the principle of meeting the required properties of dies,taping the latent power of die materials and having reasonable economization and feasible technology.According to the proposed technique requirements by users,it would recommend the selected die materials with requisite technique data through optimization inference.It consists of five models which include the input of user information,the optimization inference of materials selection,the technique documents management of user,the knowledge management of system and the management of system.The system is developed in windows environment by means of Visual Foxpro3 0 and operates inference process on the basis of the rules or examples.It also provides the friendly and transparent interfaces with the Chinese demonstration,fast operating capacity and convenient application.
