高速钢扁锭锻造成方坯时 ,端面产生较大横向裂纹 ,并向内部扩展 ,为减小端面裂纹大小 ,降低裂口向内延伸长度 ,在微机上采用刚粘塑性有限元分析法对其锻造过程进行模拟研究 ,分析出了形成此裂纹的主要原因 ,据此提出了合理工艺参数和改进的锻造工艺措施。

While the square billetwas forged from the flat ingot of high- speed steel,the horizontal crack appeared on the butt end and extend to the interior of the billet.To reduce thd crack of butt end and short its extended length,the simulation and research conducted by the rigid- viscoplastic FEM in the microcomputer were carried out and the main reasons of the crack were analyzed.Accordingly,the reasonable parameters and the forging steps were put forward.
