应用大变形理论矩阵法和网格试验研究精密冲裁变形机理 ,实验参数包括压边力、模具间隙。研究结果揭示了变形区内最大主应变、主应变的方向和刚性转动随工艺参数变化的规律 ,研究表明刚性转动对精冲变形起着重要作用。

This paper studys the mechanism of fine blanking process by matrix algebra of large de- formation and grid experiments.The experiment parameters include the clamping force and die clear- ance.The investigation results reveal the rules of the change of major principal strain,the direction and rigid body rotation with the process parameters.This study indicates that the rigid body rotation impli- cates a significance in fine blanking deformation.
