结合工程实际 ,对具有弹粘塑性性质的金属材料的本构方程和流变成形机理进行了探讨 ,由此发现线性粘塑性介质只是非线性粘性介质的一种极限情况。详细讨论了该零件的实验条件和成形工艺方法 ,最后进行了试验结果分析。

It is inquired about constitutive equation and forming principles of metal materials with elastic- viscoplastic properties,combined with a specific part,and discovered that the linear viscoplastic medium is just the nonlinear viscose medium under the extreme condition,the technique and testing con- ditions are also discussed in detail. Finally,the testing results are analyzed.
