压紧杆是压路机一个重要零件,它所用材料是弹簧钢60Si2Mn。用自由锻制毛坯后机加工制造的压紧杆使用寿命极低;改用温锻后,其寿命增加30%,成本降低2/3。为了锻造出高质量温锻件,作者通过大量试验建立了强度、塑性与加热温度的关系;建立了加热时间、加热温度与氧化脱碳层厚度的关系。作者还进行了锻件质量和经济效益的分析。

Pressure bar is an important part in compator, which is made of spring steel 60Si2Mn.Pressure bar produced by traditional technology is fragile. By using warm forging, the breaking life isprolonged thirty percent, the cost is reduced by two-thirds. Therefore, the author studied the warmforging technology parameters of spring steel. By testing the strength and plasticity index and studyingthe relation between the thickness of oxide-decarburized layer and heating time, a suitable temperaturerange was selected. Forging quality and economic effect are also analysed in this article.
