以生产实践为依据，从先进性、可行性及经济性等方面论述了连杆楔横轧制坯的优势，以期推动楔横轧技术在我国的推广和应用。

Basing on producing practice, this paper illustrates the advantage of the pre forming offorged connecting rod by cross wedge rolling technique in advancement, feasibility and economy, etc. Itis expected to push forward the spread and use of the technique of cross wedge rolling in our country.
